Meet the Team
Dr. Michael Fletcher, DDS, MS has been providing orthodontic care in Southwest Colorado since 1993. Dr. Fletcher graduated from Case Western Reserve University's Dental Program and Ohio State University's Specialty Program in Orthodontics. He and his wife Susanne have one daughter Sarah who lives in Denver. During breaks from the office, Dr Fletcher is an avid mountain biker and enjoys traveling with Susanne.

Amy Johnson is the office manager/treatment coordinator and has been with the practice since 2000. She is responsible, with the doctor, for new patient evaluations and helping answer questions concerning treatment timing and financing
Danielle Ferrier joined A Smile by Design in 2006 as a clinical assistant. Danielle works chairside with Dr. Fletcher to insure that your orthodontic treatment progresses as quickly and easily as possible.
Amanda Wilson joined our staff in early 2011. Amanda has been working in the dental field since 2002 and is a perfect fit with the rest of our caring, compassionate, and highly competent staff.
